Bringing that 'fear'& 'abuse' back, but calling it out as 'they are the problem' or 'unable to live in society' so we must 'force them' has been a problem with 'power' and 'men' for centuries!
It's only when WE tell them they are wrong, and we are not falling for their power grab, do WE thrive.

California just banned employers from forcing workers to pay a debt, fee, or penalty to leave their job.

Bosses have increasingly been trapping workers with debts incurred in training and other exploitative fees.

Now that's illegal in the nation's biggest state.
