It’s probably because I watched my father slowly deteriorate due to vascular dementia, but I can’t fathom how anyone is just letting him stand there. As much as I despise Trump, this is elder abuse.

Yes, kids can be annoying, and some spaces should be kid-free. But kids ARE people.

And I like dogs, but we need to be realistic here: Some people are allergic! Others are afraid, sometimes because of violent attacks. And frankly, a dog is often a bigger threat than a kid's tantrum.

I know we keep focusing on Colbert and Kimmel as we should, but we also need to remember there are hundreds of people who work for these shows who also just lost their jobs because of this bullshit, and most of them are probably not millionaires.

DC folks: WJLA is owned by Sinclair. If we want to make our feelings known to Disney, what might be even more effective than just canceling subscriptions is to contact local businesses that advertise there and tell them to pull ads. With that, do we have a list of local businesses that fit the bill?

Genocide (& supporting it) is bad.
Ethnic cleansing is bad.
Murdering people in a boat off Venezuela is bad.
Murdering people for Existing While Black is bad.
