I don't understand how #G20 nations could meet in Africa and NOT EVEN DISCUSS the need to replace lost USAID funding.
Dr @agawande.bsky.social believes lost funding has already cost 600,000 lives.
Could they not even reestablish the AIDS prevention program?
But 🇨🇦 is CUTTING foreign aid. Shame!
