Starting a podcast with some friends and every time @lizbusby.bsky.social drops the rough cut I'm like "ooh a new episode to listen to! 🤓" as if I'm not literally one of the hosts
Oh look, y'all! It's a podcast I'm co-hosting!
A new storm is rolling in — join us for our Storming Journey, beginning Wednesday, October 22. #stormingjourney #stormlightarchive #sacredreading #newpodcast
I mean in my case it's because I'm sleeping on the basement couch (husband has covid) and I keep hearing sounds in the ceiling that I'm pretty sure are rodents
I actually did! But in a speculation about who they would call if there were three counselors instead of two (I'd guessed Eyring, Bednar, Christofferson)
I had to use APA for my MA and I hated every second of it
My friend once brought back an entire suitcase full of candy and chocolate from Finland so... sky's the limit

Ohhhhhhhh this sounds like a beautiful compromise solution (*makes note for future dream house*)

Also very excited in general to have a woman singing about confident love and relationships because I really need more of that in my life

Is it exactly what I hoped it would be? Of course not! But her career isn't over and I'm so excited to have such a vast discography from her that will just keep growing.

Taylor is an artist I trust, so even if I don't adore the album on first listen, I know that it'll grow on me and I'll be surprised by how much I love it later. There's always one that I immediately vibe with, but the rest I inevitably warm up to

The Fate of Ophelia is an absolute bop and I cannot stop moving when it comes back on

TLOAS countdown is giving me big Christmas Eve vibes right now

Managed to get my kid a COVID shot at the Harmons in Midvale 🥳

It was actually September of 1995, since it was given at the Women's Meeting

I think I have a picture of my wrist x-ray around somewhere

Bonus: this makes check-ins at work much easier because I have a list of what I did each day

In case this helps someone else:

I have a very very simple task management method. At the beginning of the week, I create a task/event/note list. Every day, I create a "Tada list" where I write down what I got done (even if it wasn't on the weekly list)

It turns out that it's basically impossible to get my kid a COVID shot here in UT. I'm used to casually scheduling my family's flu/COVID shots all for a Saturday morning, but the wrench thrown in by the current admin has meant so much more work

I love this movie so much

🙃🙃🙃 I have half a mind to create a website to help music coordinators pick hymns and not repeat but also include new ones

Despite him mentioning "oh yeah we only have the one and she travels a lot"

He actually wanted to call me as a Family History/Temple Consultant even after I told him my preferred calling???
el @elcall.info · Sep 18
also, as an organist, I'm not a fan of releasing songs in quarterly small batches and I do think it's doing people in music callings a disservice.

Me seeing the new hymn drop like:
