The original game from developers Wishfully was one of my personal favourites of 2023, and now the team are back, ready to take us on another adventure with Lana and Mui. Played through Planet of Lana on my Switch 2 this week after seeing part 2 announced during Summer Games Fest. What a damned lovely experience I can’t recommend enough. I love games that can effectively tell a story using minimal dialogue.

Planet of Lana last year was like someone stole the dreams I hadn't yet had and turned them into a game and slapped a moving soundtrack on as well. It was the first time in a while that I felt I was in the timeline I needed to be.
