I didn't have hearts of palm or I would have added them. Canned sweet corn can also work in this very well. Top with potato sticks, serve over rice or noodles

Prepare a mixture of broth, a can of lowfat evaporated milk, and a few tablespoons of flour, then pour that in to simmer. After 5 minutes, mix in tomato paste and sour cream

I made Brazilian style turkey stroganoff

a pale orange cream sauce covers chicken, mushrooms, and egg noodles. Some potato sticks are sprinkled on top.
