Also surprised to learn many public flagships offer scholarships to legacies.
They should stop, but getting rid of these practices probably won't have huge effects on access or diversity.

Affirmative action was mostly used by highly selective colleges, so that is where we are likely to see declines in racial diversity following SFFA
But most colleges did not practice AA prior to the decision: we est<15% of 4-yr URM students were enrolled at institutions that used AA
