Yeah, I'm not doing that math.
Flashback to 2nd grade. Shame I lost the pencil sharpener. #StuffIKept
A "Sterling Multiplier Pencil Box." It's a long, rectangular, yellow plastic box to hold a few pencils. The white price on top slides off. At one end is a spot for a small pencil sharpener, the kind you have to use over the trash can because it doesn't have a shavings receptacle. Half of the remaining area is a very short ruler. The other half has a "times table" that you use a sliding bit to reveal the multiple you want. Each only goes from 2 to 9.

And just now noticing the typo. "Ruler." Where did "Riley" come from? #StuffIKept
I thought I'd see what my 1980 Burger King Magic Metric/7-Inch Riley would go for on eBay, but I broke it trying to erase my name off the back. ☹️
An 18 cm ruler labeled, "The Burger King Magic Metric Ruler." A drawing of the 1980s Burger King is at the left end. The same ruler, but since it's lenticular it's now 7 inches long and labeled, "The Burger King Magic 7 Inch Ruler." The first inch with the drawing of the Burger King broke off.
😯 My collection contains very little pre-Crisis DC, so I was completely unaware of these Atari inserts ads! Is there somewhere with information about these? My Google searches almost all came back with just "Atari Force" results.
Time to find out what kind of sense of humor the people in my building have.
A white, insulated bag that says "HUMAN ORGAN / for transplant" on the side. On the handle is a tag saying "E.M.T." If you look closely, you see that stands for "emergency meal transport."

I honestly thought it was "Enterman(n)'s."
#StarWarsSunday Lego TIE Interceptor with Death Star and pilot. This was part of a series of planets containing mini-ships and minifigures. Naboo and Tattooine were pretty unremarkable blue or orange planets with blobs of color, but the Death Star is iconic. It's the only one I have.
TIE Interoceptor nowhere close to scale with the minifigure pilot on a stand. The hollow Death Star that contained them stands behind. I think I'm missing the stand pieces for the ship.
Either Entenmann's didn't think this slogan through or they've got cannibals on staff.

Don't let "good enough" prevent you from striving to do better. But don't let the quest for perfection keep you from starting at all.

Come and get it!

Actually, it turns out the Doctor Who one isn't so much a graphic novel as stories with illustrations. I think these may have been stuff I was planning to sell long ago.
Apparently I have more trade paperbacks to add to my shelves. Found them put away in a box this evening. A couple of these I'd thought about at times, but somehow didn't realize they were missing. Some of these I just forgot I had! #ComicSky #SilverSurfer
Six graphic novels: Doctor Who: A Journey Through Time, The Life Story of the Flash, Batman: A Death in the Family, Silver Surfer: The Enslavers, Silver Surfer: Judgment Day, and The Enchanted Apples of Oz.
Yeah, that's another issue. It's rough to be an Al fan. Maybe he needs to switch to "Weird Alfred" to avoid these issues. Or is that too formal?
