Not Rey killing her directly, but maybe she falls off a cliff or her ship blows up. Maybe Rey feels some sort of dark approval inside her and has no idea where it’s coming from.

There’s a mean part of me that likes the idea of Tava escaping the First Order only to be taken out by Rey. Like, if Tava attacked the Resistance or some innocent community, and Rey responded to a call for help and Tava died in the process.
