Californians: the November special election is just around the corner.

Check your registration, look for your ballot in the mail, and make a plan to vote.

Important Election Dates
Oct 6
Vote-by-mail ballots mailed to all active registered voters

Oct 7
Ballot drop-off boxes open and remain available until Election Day

Oct 20
Last day for eligible Californians to register to vote at registertovote.ca.gov
Vote centers in 29 counties will open for early for in-person voting

Nov 1
Get your ballot in the mail at least a few days before Election Day

Nov 4
Election Day
1. Vote in-person
2. Drop-off your ballot at a ballot box or vote center
3. If returning ballot by mail, go to post office counter and ask for a postmark

CDC. Dozens of "disease detectives," high-level scientists, entire Washington staff and editors of the MMWR (Morbidity and Mortality Weekly Report) have all been RIFed and received the following notice:
