For those receiving a lot of #predatoryjournal #spam, a long time ago Robin N Kok and I created an Outlook list with lots of those domains linked. Any email from such domain automatically goes in the Junk Email, and you can add to it.

If Sci Rep, MDPI, etc... cannot guarantee a meaningful peer review process, can we please just delist them already @clarivate.com ? Why is academic publishing treated as "the highest rigour" when indexing of scientific journals is done by saying "website seems legit, they even say they peer review."

And of course it affects domestic students too. Many courses won’t run without the income from overseas students. Universities are knowledge engines, driving our economy and raising our reputation overseas.

I have always been interested in bands that other people rave about, but I don't get at all. For instance, T.rex/Marc Bolan in the early 70s, or the Smiths in the 80s, or pretty much grunge in the 90s and anything after that (too old).
