There could be solid ICE counter-recruitment campaigns launched to discourage people from working for them and to encourage those working for them to quit. There are lots of examples of such campaigns from anti-war organizing.

I feel bad cuz their hearts are in the right place, but they aren’t making any demands. “Trump bad” is not a demand, it’s a statement. “No kings” is nebulous demand, as the Orange One wants to be a dictator more than a king.
Imagine if we could funnel this energy to dissolving ICE or anything…

My demands for a protest would be:
-end ICE and the DHS
-tax the wealthy, including their liquid wealth and assets
-enact strict regulations on AI and let people copyright their likenesses
-universal healthcare
-defund the cops and make settlements for police brutality come from union dues

All in all, they’re wasted energy. Most of them will go back to sleep when Newsom or some POS goes and does the same shit Trump does in 4 years, and that’s if Trump doesn’t go full tyrant and eliminate elections entirely.
