The rockets are hard capped at the first apron this season so they cannot go over it even with an exception.

The Jazz broadcast is relentless in both trying to sell shit as gold and also trying to claim a violation happened by the opponent any time something doesn’t go the Jazz’s way. It’s actually impressive how it never lets up.
