Thank you. We will plant a new tree in the new year. Probably an almond tree. We've been lucky enough to have the Judas tree since we moved in nearly 20 years ago, and want to leave the house when the time comes with a tree for the next occupiers for sure. And the birds too of course!

Sad to have to say goodbye to our beautiful Judas Tree. Advised that it needs taking out as it will most likely come crashing down in a bad storm if left. We'd strapped it & braced it for the last decade, but that just delayed the inevitable.

I've noticed this happening more regularly too. It seems that quite a few labels/artists now don't add tax to the displayed price, but it gets added at checkout along with shipping. Shipping costs have also risen in line with RM price increases. Would be helpful if tax was added to displayed price.

Also had to persuade them last year after they rejected my COVID booster request. I also work in education too, but that's not even considered. It surely saves them money if those in public sector are offered boosters, as the amount of sick pay they end up paying if people get ill surely costs more.

I have ME too & my local GP won't even give me a flu jab this year. Had both flu & COVID jabs free in past, but I'll have to buy both this year. I'm lucky to be able to work part time so can just about afford it, but it's ridiculous that they aren't widely offering the jabs to all who need them.

WHAT'S so special about used teabags? In my house, every other bit of kitchen rubbish goes straight in the bin. But not teabags. They get put on a special dish next to the kettle to lie in state for 24 hours in view of everyone. Are tea bags somehow related to the Royal Family? Joe Newson, Fort William

Another great win for Spurs women today. The Man City result aside, it's been a really encouraging start to the season. 3rd & only a point behind leaders Chelsea is beyond all expectations at this point.
