Yup... Still the same dude across the other platforms @DrMarkCheng who's focused on injury rehab, human performance, strength & conditioning, martial arts, traditional medicines from around the world, and his loved ones. Probably in Diamond Bar, CA

I really wish America could evolve past the urge to wholesale dismiss what comes out of someone’s mouth just because they belong to a particular party. That inability to appreciate truths no matter the source is making us blind & mentally dysfunctional AF.
I’m curious… With the economy becoming what it is & with people experiencing less than ideal outcomes with healthcare, how many of you would dig it if I put out a series that allowed you to investigate potential root causes & test low to no cost interventions?

Holler back if you’re interested.
Thinking a lot about something Dr. Kacem Zoughari said to me last week about “unification” being different from “uniformization”.

When people unite for a common interest or goal, the leader often promotes (or demands) a uniform means of relating to each other (often via language).

Lots to extract!
Yessir, and that's exactly why this administration has, so far, gotten away with beating the sh!+ out of the Constitution (even going so far as to hint at throwing crucial parts of it out - such as habeas corpus), leaving them unchecked in any meaningful way for these crescendoing abuses.
His powers are limited by Article II of the U.S. Constitution, by protections in the Amendments to the Constitution, and by statutes placing limits on his executive authority.
Current events are making me just wanna look at a massive tray of carnitas in front of me right now. Anyone else?
Prof. Kesting is preaching some serious #gospel here. If your understanding of "self-defense" lacks the most fundamental aspect of SELF (health preservation & optimization), you're talking about just attacking others, not protecting yourself.
Practicing self-defense against punches, kicks, headlocks, knives and guns is almost pointless if you’re not also defending yourself against heart attacks, strokes, and diabetes

And these are the same snowflakes who couldn’t handle wearing a mask during the pandemic.
To be posted on walls around the world...
Putin proactively “defended” Russia by attacking Ukraine

Netanyahu/Trump proactively “defended” the world by attacking Iran

How long until Xi proactively “defends” China by seasoning invading Taiwan?

This is going to set off a nuclear scramble that increases our chance of World War III ten-fold
How f***ed up it is that we even have to tell people this... This is how severely America has distorted the Gospels.
“Cold, cruel, heartless.”

We're past the point where civil discourse is possible, even among legislators. The Land of the Free is no more.
I've lost faith in the #RuleofLaw in the USA. From the top down, it's subjugation sans subtlety now. "Opposition" lawmakers are sounding alarms & such, but while their constituents & We the People get trampled on, there's nothing immediately meaningful stemming the hemorrhaging.
Sometimes I wonder how different the USA would be if #medicaleducation were less biased & taught with contextualization.
Timely reminder.
The law must always be grounded in fundamental principles such as equal rights and due process, or it becomes a tool of oppression.
Ordinarily, when a chopper flies overhead, even out here in #DiamondBar, I don't think twice about it unless there are police sirens.

Today, however....
To everyone who's been asking me questions privately that start with "Why don't doctors...", the answer lies in how the doctor in question was educated & how they get paid.

If their med school curricula were funded by the insurance industry & supported by studies funded by such, then, well....
The last 4 times I went to the local Goodwill stores, I was shocked that I couldn't find a single pair of loose fit "baggy" jeans in my size. I'm 30-32 waist, and the only ones I saw on the racks were size 38 on up. I should check eBay more often.
Thrift store, consignment shops, Ebay, estate sales...
Does anyone else feel as frustrated as I do when looking to buy #jeans/denim & not being able to find loose cut, baggy fit like what we had in the early 90s?

This skinny cut $h!+ just won't work on my body.
Man, I'm so not tryin'a hear this right now. Feeling very Sgt. Murtaugh today.
Is it just me, or does anyone else feel like the movies they wanna watch are often not streaming on any of the platforms you subscribe to?
The past 3-4 weeks have been like a MFing marathon. Been working like a Chinaman pulling a burning rickshaw & just completely beat to exhaustion every day.
During spans like this, do you think I train intensely? NOPE. Basic mobility & circulation is the name of the game.
Prof. Kesting is spot-on here.
Masculinity and the masculine end of the spectrum isn’t inherently toxic, but toxic masculinity is definitely a thing. I’m going to argue that toxic masculinity is masculinity plus misogyny, lack of empathy, and a belief in might makes right.
