A freedom-loving people will not stand for the corruption and the power grabs we’re witnessing daily in our country. That's why millions of Americans took to the streets a few days ago, and it's why elections like the Virginia governor race will show the path to a better future a few days from now.

Voters should pick their representatives, not the other way around. Glad to get the chance to talk to some of the volunteers and organizers doing the hard work to make sure Prop 50 passes. This vote will have critical implications, not just for California, but for our entire country.

Backstage at MSNBC: Virginia Giuffre’s memoir comes out tomorrow. In it, she writes about the heartbreak she felt on a journey we took together — trying to get someone, anyone, to verify her story of abuse.

If the Epstein files are released unredacted, it would fill in the blanks in Virginia Giuffre's book and truly shake the world.

Virginia Giuffre taught me what it really takes to be believed. On our journey together, we knocked on doors and searched for witnesses to corroborate her story of abuse. In her memoir, she writes that what she sought from our trip most was validation, but too often, she found rejection and silence.
