This yahoo wrapped the tip of battlerifle to hide his muzzle flash, thus making it harder for enemy forces to identify his position on the battlefield. Totally necessary when kidnapping children.
He showed up to the St Paul ICE raid with this.

The notion of RFK Jr. and sex appeal is risible, nauseating, and deeply upsetting. It disgusts me too!

But some prominent women seem to love him with an unmatched ferocity. How can this be? I look into what ails them:
The inexplicable sex appeal of RFK Jr.
How can such ferocious desire be attached to this man? Two memoirs by the women who love him offer some clues.

This is caused by adults not maintaining their pertussis (whooping cough) vaccines.

You should be getting a Tdap (tetanus, diphtheria and pertussis) vaccine every 10 years.

We have a baby coming in the family (my first grand nephew!), so my husband and I both got vaccinated this week.

NEWS --> BBC confirms to me that they did edit a line out of historian @rutgerbregman.com's speech. It called Trump "the most openly corrupt president in US history."

BBC also confirms this was done on the advice of lawyers. So Trump's threats worked.

As my book will argue, demanding good things once drove politics in the US. Real things happened as a result but such an audacious politics was not to last. The vibes of morning in America replaced the fierce demand for a New Deal. So here we are.
I feel like so much of politics has turned into “well, if you give a mouse a cookie…” politics, without interrogating the fact that we actually deserve food and a warm, comfortable place to sleep and free hours in the day.
ZOHRAN: “The next challenge is fulfilling the agenda so people understand they were right to demand more.”

I would read 10,000 words on this. I really did not understand or appreciate book production until I started seeing some really dreadful ones in the last few years.
Very here for these shots being fired. I know that academic publishing is a tough business and margins are tight, but the precipitous drop in production quality across the board in recent years (without a corresponding drop in prices!) has really been something to behold.
I recently got a volume from Brill's series, Nag Hammadi and Manichaean Studies, and the poor quality of the paper and binding would be surprising at any price: much more so at over $200. Caveat lector et emptor.
