Thru’ the mechanical eye, they saw land full of #autumnal #design. A pang of jealousy hit him; for their planet—sand dunes & burnt rocks, was all his kids had known.
He hoped they’d listen to their warning, and not see them, as alien enemies.

Dylan wasn’t sure, by any means, that victory would ever be #achievable. There were too many variables to consider. Too many individual things and people that needed to come together in the best ways possible.

Nerves sat on edge all the time, now. Sat in the safe house, or flying patrols. Constant. Pervading. Always waiting. Always watching. Always ready to launch into #action at any moment.
