"I was a caregiver for the owner, she passed on the 12 of june and I promised id do my best to get the girls adopted or rehomed, i work paycheck to paycheck and have 7 of my own cats so I cant take them in. Otherwise i would."

Temperaments: Shy until she gets to know you, might be ok around other cats.

Other: has unknown allergies/skin condition but it doesn’t seem contagious. Has paddle foot in her front paws.

Name: Coo-Coo like the synonym for crazy)

Age: around 7-10

Vaccine status: unknown

Spay and neuter: unknown

Temperaments: Shy at first, takes a while to warm up (took her three months to warm up to me) might be ok around other cats. She and callie get along but seem indifferent to one another. No cuddling or kisses/grooming behavior seen. But no fighting either.

Other: owner who passed said she has seizures and not to pet her back/butt to avoid triggering them (coo coo will hiss at you if you do)

You ought to know Brenda Banks, one of the first Black female animators in Hollywood, whose career spanned four decades where she worked on diverse projects from Ralph Bakshi films to The Smurfs and Daffy Duck to The Pirates of Dark Water and King of the Hill.

Brenda Banks worked on numerous animated films ranging from made-for-TV fare like Clerow Wilson and the Miracle of P.S. 14 (1972) starring Flip Wilson, B.C. The First Thanksgiving and The Magical Mystery Trip Through Little Red’s Head” (1974), the second ABC Afterschool Special to feature Timer and the first where the iconic healthy foods mascot was voiced by Lennie Weinrib.

Brenda Banks was an avid fan of famed animator Ralph Bakshi and wanted to work with him. When he asked what wanted to animate, she said "Funny stuff." Thus, this began Banks' stint with Bakshi which included working on the goons in Wizards (1977, pictured), Coonskin, American Pop, The Lord of the Rings, Fire and Ice, and Hey Good Lookin'.

Brenda Banks worked throughout the 1980s, 1990s, and 2000s on various projects and series including Heathcliff, The Smurfs, The 13 Ghosts of Scooby-Doo, Paw Paws, Daffy Duck's Fantastic Island and Quackbusters, Tom & Jerry Kids, Tiny Toon Adventures, The Pirates of Dark Water, and King of the Hill, where she served many roles from 1997 to 2005.
