I'd kept every model at least 50% Gor. I want the unit to still look like Beastmen of Chaos. Just very sickly and wrong. They are "Warped" Gors not straight Chaos Spawn.

I think The Old World has ruined Age of Sigmar for me in one respect: unless its a centerpiece AoS treats hero units more like generic staples in a game game deck. Just one dimensional and no flavour at all. TOW has its own problems but gear and tiers makes heros feel so much more important.

I feel like AoS has gotten consistently better sculpts wasted on a game that is consistently turning further into bland tourneyshit where the concept of narrative only exists as a way to sell limited time viability event books to add a seasonal element for competitive play.
