My husband gets really frustrated with me over my OCD symptoms and I can’t help but feel super angry and hurt over it. I understand that it’s frustrating and vexing, but I *literally* cannot help this. Scolding me over it every time only makes me feel so much more like shit.

I told my therapist tonight that I’m ready to explore medication for my OCD and she literally threw her hands in the air and yelled “YAY THANK GOD” so I’m pretty confident I made the right decision 😂😂😂😂
