Great post on Substack.

Thank you @cwebbonline.com for shedding light on this topic.
There hasn’t been enough appreciation for how thoroughly BENNIE THOMPSON humiliated FBI official GLASHEEN after he tried to sell the lie that ANTIFA is the top domestic terror threat.

The claim collapsed because it’s a cover.

Masked men wearing ICE vests—but who refused to present a warrant or identify themselves—roped off a construction site, trapping two men on a roof for hours in subzero temps. Protesters gathered. If you thought CBS was done with Erika Kirk content after 25 social media posts over 3 days plus a televised Town Hall last night, you would be wrong because they are still going with 4 more today.

Scoop: New Justice Department voting rights chief had prior job suspension for ties to election deniers
California prosecutor Eric Neff relied on a right-wing group's intel to bring charges. Now, he's apparently in charge of voting rights at the DOJ.

Tell me again what makes this country so great. Convince me.
At least two of the Brown University students who were on campus when a deadly shooting unfolded there on Saturday have survived school shootings before. “What I’ve been feeling most is just, like, how dare this country allow this to happen to someone like me twice?”
2 Students at Brown Witnessed School Shootings as Children
Both women said the shooting on Saturday had damaged a sense of security they had cultivated for years based on the notion that they were unlikely to witness two school shootings in one lifetime.

It’s accelerating 👀

Trump doesn’t pardon criminals to show mercy. He pardons them because he sees himself in the criminals he pardons.

Another mass shooting, this time at Brown. 2 dead, 8 injured. MAGA & Corporate media waiting to ID the shooter but we know the drill
•Immigrant—> Expand ICE
•Muslim—> Expand Muslim ban
•Black—> Expand prisons & police
•White—> Troubled lone wolf with rough childhood

And still 0 action on gun safety

"The virus that causes COVID-19 spreads mainly through the air when a person coughs, sneezes, sings, talks or breathes. Virus particles can drift in the air and be inhaled, especially in crowded places with poor airflow."

In other words, if you're non-white, ICE/CBP will assume you are a non-citizen until you can prove otherwise, and they won't accept your Real ID as proof of citizenship.
Bovino, the man overseeing mass deportations, publicly declared that we must all have our papers on us, at all times, or we could be stopped, harassed, kidnapped, and detained, as they did with the man in this case, who is a US citizen.

Bush v. Gore was an unambitious declaration of war by Republicans against democracy and the rule of law. Republicans made clear they didn't view those principles merely as malleable concepts they could cynically bend; no, they see those principles as fundamentally incompatible with conservatism.
As one of those Democratic attorneys who was camped out in West Palm Beach - taking depositions from inconsolable grandmas swearing they hadn’t voted for Buchanan, I still have trauma. 🥺

When the streets start telling the truth, it’s because the institutions won’t.

What’s become painfully obvious is that ICE agents aren’t trained to make us safer. They’re just recruits who thirst for power, violence, and cruelty.
