The New York Times has a story on PAGE TWENTY of today’s Sunday paper saying thousands mobilized?!

Absurd. Most others estimates suggest there were millions who took to the streets in something like 2,000 separate protests around the country yesterday.

This pic is from five years ago and not even in Los Angeles. Immoral opportunists like James Woods and Ted Cruz trade on lies to promote other lies.

“Judging by reactions on social media and interviews on television, a lot of people seem to think such performances are heroic—which means they’re poised to give Trump’s enforcers what they’re hoping for.

“Be warned: Trump is expecting resistance. You will not be heroes. You will be the pretext.”
I know everyone's been breathlessly waiting for what I was going to write about LA.

I can't help but note that among protests being discussed today are ones at Democratic lawmakers' offices and a medical center that provides gender care. Progressives are great at attacking themselves rather than opps.

This week's disastrous NYT op-ed by Amy Chozick is a example of the same fears that have led to the US's move towards authoritarianism. Great column.
Amy Chozick's embarrassing NYT op-ed said she's desperate for leaders with a "dollop of despotism" to fix the LA fire disaster.

But despots don't settle for dollops, and autocratic leaders are actively worsening the planet's crises, especially global warming.
