I WILL give you one guess as to what makes THIS actor playing Phantom different than the others that might make this guy decide that this Phantom is a predator.
I just saw someone say on a video of rehearsals for a national tour of Phantom, that they didn't like that the Phantom was acting like a predator overpowering it's prey...

They then proceeded to say that they've seen the show at least 11 times.

Buddy.

Pal.

I don't spend money on marketing ads for my work as an artist.
The freebie library does that for me. Good job, freebie library!
Apparently, visual presentation works best in odd numbers so I'll mention it again - ✨freebie library✨

I’ve been getting more and more fleets painted for it. I love it so much.
Federation Commander, Battlefront Valkyrie, Battlefleet Gothic, Star Wars Armada? Those are my suggestions.

Over 90% of the way to our stretch goal with four days left to go! Let’s do this!

Absurdia Update: meet the guest writers!

I’m beyond excited to announce Elliot Davis, Irving Benitez, Kendrick Smith, and Samantha Leigh as our stretch goal guest writers!

At $25k, this wickedly talented cabal will put together a kaleidoscope of ready to play one shot scenarios for Absurdia 👁️
A composite of pictures of Absurdia’s four stretch goal guest writers. Top left is Samantha Leigh sitting cross legged on a cozy chair, smiling cheerfully and looking slightly away from the camera. Top right is a headshot of Kendrick/Kendo Smith standing in front of a blue sky and cloud backdrop, looking pensively up and away from the camera. Bottom left is a headshot of Irving Benitez against a neutral backdrop, his face tilted slightly with a small smile, hands resting together beneath his chin. Bottom left is Elliot Davis standing on a sidewalk beneath some scaffolding, hands in his pockets, smiling and looking at the camera. All pictures have a fuchsia filter on them.
Day 2 of my big boy job. Settling in, with my own office. I could get used to this! I've got a view out my window... out at the highway. But it's probably one of the best views the building is capable of! The alternative is a parking lot.
First day of my big boy job!

I am absolutely gutted to hear of the death of Rob Wieland, literally one of the greatest tabletop reviewers and commentators we had. Tirelessly tracked industry news, omnipresent in our collective circles and communities. I am so sad for his young family. These are dark days, friends.

I can't believe Rob Weiland is gone.

You might not have known him BUT: read a Forbes rpg article, enjoy Star Trek Adventures, love the Fate games scene, or watch/attend charity games at cons? That's just a small piece of his impact.

He was also wonderful human being who will be missed horribly.

Really sad to hear this. Rob was a great writer and an amazing booster for TTRPGs. In particular, he seemed really passionate about giving visibility to smaller games and creators. Deepest condolences to his family and friends.
I'm shocked and crushed to hear of the passing of my pal @robowieland.bsky.social this morning.

I met Rob during my MCG days when his “everything but D&D” group wanted to cover The Darkest House. I became him for a couple sessions to run it for them.

They became my con group after that; we played so many games and raised so much for charity.

I don’t wanna be Rob in a world without him.
Gutted to hear about the passing of @robowieland.bsky.social today.
He wrote games, wrote about games, and was a smart, passionate advocate for the TTRPG hobby. Gone too young.

I am now no longer on orders with the Reserve after nearly 4 years.
Only two days left on my orders. I've got a final interview tomorrow!
It's slow and kinda boring for the first chapter and a half. Then it really picks up.
Most of my list was assembled from AO.
Some of this stuff would get pared down. Like, we likely wouldn’t make it to the extreme south location of Crater Lake (which has a Wizard Island in it) but you never know.
