🚨 Breaking change in Invoke-WebRequest that could impact your automations.

I wrote a helper script to find where Invoke-WebRequest is and isn't using -UseBasicParsing. It also works for any other cmdlets/parameters combo.

Had some fun this morning setting up @proxmox.bsky.social Backup Server and integrating Proxmox with @home-assistant.io Still testing it out, but will be nice to see status of backups right on my home assistant dashboard 😁 Who reads email anyways? 👀

Having fun mostly “Vibe Coding” a PowerShell Lego Management module. Let AI do the heavy work, and I can tweak where needed. Interesting to see how “AI” does things to learn new/different ways of doing things and seeing if it’s worth it. Are you building a hobby projects like this?

One thing I always recommend when it comes to designing conditional acesss policies.

Never use a block policy when the same outcome can be achieved with a grant policy.
