"Hundreds of trained responders, mostly volunteers, actively go out into the community to verify and document IC* in their neighborhoods. Most are on scene within 15 minutes of being alerted via the group’s hotline." That is remarkable organization. The people who face the threat know "what's what."

Hispanic Heritage Month is about to end in the USA. It was much less active in NW Oregon this year. I've attended events that filled the plaza by the MODA center, which had multiple live bands from all over, corporate sponsors, and thousands of families. Not in 2025. www.opb.org/article/2025...
