It was a holiday weekend and the Sellwood Bridge Friday Night Protest had fewer people. That was OK. There was less traffic. Many local residents who show up week after week to say no the crimes of this regime and relentless lawlessness of this authoritarian regime came out. The spirits were high.

This forces mixed-status families into an impossible calculus: access life-saving medical care or remain invisible to enforcement.
Sadly, the death toll at the public housing complex fire in Hong Kong that saw 7 in 8 buildings housing 4,500 residents engulfed in flames has climbed. The Wang Fuk Court fire has now claimed over 60 lives with nearly 300 still missing today (Nov. 27).

Once again the Michigan Supreme Courts celebrates #FamilySeparation (eg, #Adoption), as it does every year. The court should equally be supporting equal treatment by law in that state, including #Adoptees denied their records. The courts there are never impartial.

Today in Portland, I saw two worlds: those with the blessings of health and certainly money, enjoying their morning walks and runs in our beautiful Forest Park. On the way there and home I also saw our many residents who can't can't these blessing living outdoors. This day forces us to care. Good!
