If your business model doesn’t work without breaking the law, then you’re not in business.

You’re in organized crime.
An exciting day that only happens a few times in a lifetime. Hope everyone has an amazing day at Epic opening. Cannot wait to get over there!

we used to be a country. a proper country.
Sorry if I'm just being overly pessimistic but I just don't see that Oakwood thing having any legs at all.
I went Hemnes for those, and a TV stand and couple of cabinets. I'd say they are def worth the extra money over the Billy, much better look and build quality
Week Twenty Nine: -7 lbs
Total: -66 lbs

I think I was a child the last time I was under 200 lbs 😂
Week Twenty Eight: +4 lbs
Total: -59 lbs

I knew this would happen this week, ate far too much 😂
Little bit of running but nothing too much
You taper off when hitting goal normally, although many have to go back on if the food noise returns
If you can afford it I fully recommend it if you want to lose weight, but also you must understand the dangers. As you no longer think about food you must remind yourself to eat, this would be very dangerous if you are not overweight when starting.

If anyone has questions I'm happy to answer!
I do not eat healthy, most common for me is chocolate, crisps, chicken nuggets and potato waffles. I have averaged one run a week while losing weight.
You can eat whatever you want, as long as you stay under your calorie goal, different foods will make your body react differently. You will have dodgy stomachs and lots of acid reflux for a while but you get used to it.
There's no secret to weight loss, eat less calories than you burn each day, the injection works two ways; stops you thinking about food, and when you do eat it slows down digestion so you feel full quicker and longer.
I started Mounjaro about 6 months ago, going from 2.5mg to 10mg (going 12.5mg to shift last stone and a half).
My problem was I always thought about eating, almost instantly on my first weekly injection I stopped thinking about food.
Anyone who knows me is well aware I hate pictures of myself so this is stepping well out of my comfort zone but thought I'd write something to help anyone considering weight management injections.
