Made a lemon chicken meatball soup. Broth is nice and clear, strained twice with 2 different sizes. Is really nice. I can actually breathe. I decided to fall back on the meds I was using when I had my nose issue a while back. And so far, it seems to be doing its work. I wonder if i just aggravated

The rush of nasal decongestant, caffeine, and salt(had kimchi ramen). My blood pressure is like woooosh! Glad I didn’t take my adhd meds. I’d be flying.

The past two days I’ve been pretty much out of commission and not really able to do anything. My sister and husband are sick too so I feel even worse for not pulling as much weight. And I haven’t arted at all, I wanted to do some drawlloween stuff. But I can’t. I’m so tired.

We had to skip the art night I planned and my dinners have been lackluster. I’m glad the kids like hotdogs but man I wish I could feed them better right now. ;0;

Ok took a Covid/flu test and nothing came up other than the test lines. So maybe this is just a shit cold? Might grab another test and try again in a couple days if it persists anyway. Blech.
