The past several months have been an adjustment and figuring some things out since we moved across the state. I'm feeling motivated to try and get back into working out consistently and reset my daily diet.

I'm one lucky gal to have a guy who has countless hours in yoga and acro teacher training and spent years in those practices. He did therapeutic work on me for only half an hour last night, and I was sleep on my back and it was the best sleep I've had in a long time. 😊

I've been getting better on handling calls at work where the borrower is heated. Sometimes, one still gets to me. I wish I could understand why people think it's okay to unleash all their fury on a complete stranger who is just trying to do their job and assist.

Monday is gonna be crazy!! If it comes to fruition, I am not sorry for the person I'll become if Rep TV is announced. That album was my IMMEDIATE fave in 2017. It still remains my top TS album. Gonna be a long week. 😅

It really has become difficult finding meaningful friendships in this stage of my life. Need to branch out and find some activities, classes, or local groups so I can try to meet some more folks.
