North Carolina Republicans are at it again, redrawing congressional lines mid-decade to guarantee themselves another GOP seat. The new map carves up diverse, competitive communities to weaken Black voters & silence Dem voices, especially in the 1st District, where RepDavis now faces a disadvantage.
