In fairness, it's not clear that more than 360 of those tons of cocaine the guy helped import went to Americans other than Don Jr.

Children's book author here.
1. Don't misappropriate other authors' work to try to justify mass murder and war crimes.
2. The back blast from that Russian RPG-7 would do a world of hurt to the inside of that Huey.

Senator Kelly is correct.

Plus a Public Service Announcement:

KEY section of Department of Defense's Law of War Manual is 18.3.2.1.

The VERY rule on the "requirement" to refuse illegal orders gives as its paradigmatic example of what is "clearly illegal:
"orders to fire upon the shipwrecked."

Here are US military lawyers stating clearly that Secretary of Defense Pete Hegseth's "kill everybody" orders are either (1) war crimes or (2) murder.

Either way, expect prosecutions in the future.

After WWII, U-boat commander Heinz-Wilhelm Eck was tried and executed for war crimes because he killed survivors clinging to the wreckage of the ship he sank. His similar argument, that the survivors might have told others about the U-boat's location, was rejected.
Arrest and imprison this man.

Reminder: Sidney Powell pleaded guilty to six counts of conspiracy to commit election interference. So of course Putin's pawns want her as the U.S. Attorney General.
After the Comey indictment was dismissed, Michael Flynn says the best way for Trump to fix a dysfunctional DOJ is to fire Pam Bondi and appoint Sidney Powell as AG.
