Mom called and let me know her water pressure is gone, and the city says they ‘might’ be able to get out there by the 18th?!
Also, she let me know a few things that haven’t been in the family group chat, and she thinks François is probably destined for the rainbow bridge tomorrow or Saturday.

Been listening to the 10th anniversary edition of Carly Rae Jepsen’s ‘E•MO•TION’ (I pre-ordered the album, and it got here like, 6 weeks late? 🙃) and holy shit does this still sound FRESH.

And… just got news that my grandmother passed away. She had a bad fall on Saturday and declined quickly after that.
My dad and uncle are dicks are haven’t let us see or talk to her in years, but I did manage to get a few letters to her through her old neighbor.
Love you and miss you, Grandma.
