Thinking about Metaphor and how it did a much better job at establishing the link between how fiction affects reality than it did have actually great political commentary. It felt too safe at times. Too liberal, unwilling to endorse more radical ideas of change.

I feel like people who think that way just hate JRPGs or hate anime. JRPGs on average look more distinct from each other than typical AAA realistic looking games

Probably Star Ocean The Divine Force. I don't tend to finish games I find bad so there aren't many I truly find terrible. But I hated every aspect of this game. I'm also playing FF15 now which is looking like a contender because I'm not liking it so far.

Since the Shuten Order patch released on switch, I decided to play a bit more. It's funny how the patch notes list the chapter I'm on was updated yet I still noticed some typos pretty quickly lol. It's a very interesting chapter so far though (ministry of health chapter).
