Tbf, I did a google search and found that the Padres do have a licensed therapist to call upon "Dr. Laura Sudano, who works at UC San Diego Health and serves as the Padres’ employee assistance coordinator, spoke on the panel as well." -reported by AJ Cassavell in May. www.mlb.com/news/mark-lo...

Preller said the Shildt news was more of a surprise than a shock.

When they left Chicago he asked for a few days to recharge. They kept in touch while he was in NC and Saturday he told the front office he didn't have the energy to continue.

- Values org. and winning championships

- Embraces expectations

- Loves to talk the game, gather info to make decisions

Preller on Luis Campusano: "He's going to be in the mix for us for sure next year."

Said he's a guy that kills it in the offseason every year, they expect him to be ready.

Says it will be a fun conversation to see what that looks like and how he can help the club next season.

Asked if death threats like Shildt mentioned are commonplace:

"That's unfortunately kind of part of it... It's unfortunate."

Preller says he thinks the Padres do a great job of handling those situations. It has come up with players and staff members over time.

Eve running Encom great ending, the ending w/Ares searching for Quorra yess! I hope Sam is w/her still somehow! We need a Tron 4! I want a Tron 4! We have to see Sam & Quorra & Alan again! Always love seeing Flynn. That mid credits scene got me excited for the story in Tron 4. SARK is back LFG!

Saw Tron Ares last night it was awesome! Very cool that we got to see a movie about the Dillinger/program side of the Tron story. Loved the callbacks to Tron Legacy and the Original Tron movie. 80s grid from part 1 was so awesome to see again! Light Cycle battle being brought to real world so cool!
