I am pleased to announce that I have been named Faculty Emeritus at School of Visual Arts. After teaching for almost 25 years at SVA, I am retiring. I will miss teaching, and am grateful for the many wonderful students I had over the years.

I assume Mitch and Martin Caidin are the same. Martin's Wiki is worth a read - aviation author, restorer, pilot, psychic powers, etc..
wrap-around cover art. a man is looking right at us. an adventurer. his white shirt is ripped open, and he's holding a M-16 gun. receding hair. he looks a bit like the actor Iain Glen (who loves near me and who a see quite a lot. he drives a Volvo, but not the really big "school run" one that Jeremy Clarkson obsesses over. a woman is next to him - sitting or kneeling down, arm wraped around his though, looking up at him in awe or fear. his face and ripped chest are lit by the golden glow of something he is holding in his hand. we can't see it, just a small painted lens flare between his fingers. they're on a ridge, and some mercenaries or baddies appear to be coming up it. behind them is a wide open desert vista of tree-topped rocky hills. the sky is a dramatic purple and gold, from a huge fireball. oh, I forgot to mention the THIRTEEN BLUE THUNDER HELICOPTERS in the air, directly facing us. each one with two crew members
