Arguably not a great idea as too many people seemingly vote cluelessly, but I am nonetheless inclined to agree that this should be enacted.

Have boarded a fight which is full save for window seat in my row. I am on the aisle next to the one person in the world (could there possibly be more than one?) who would remain in middle seat and use window seat for pile of papers and notebooks he brought on board. Interesting, this.
