I was friends with photographer Greg Heisler decades ago (I have an amazing signed Time cover proof of Ted Turner I helped him with), and he told me how he was briefly banned from the White House after a photo session for GHWB.

I will say: When I worked in Romania in the summer of ‘94, a Dacia was our main transport, along with an old beater Toyota Corolla AWD wagon. Whenever we convoyed anywhere, it was always a race to fill all of the seats in the Corolla first. 😏

Cool! But, we wouldn’t have seen that pass from BMore. The ISS orbits at only 230-280 miles high. So overflights are pretty location-dependent.
