Not sure what to think of these vintage camera lamps. (But I am pretty sure this is probably the best possible use of one of those dreadful Nikkor 43-86mm f/3.5 zooms.)

The Mall in Columbia — the only indoor shopping mall in Howard County, MD, pop. 350,000 — can’t even fill the lower lot in the parking garage on a *rainy* Sunday after Thanksgiving.
This does not bode well for Q4 2025 numbers.

Just started our open enrollment, and looks like our health insurance will be going *up* by $900-$1,000/mo. for 2026.
I have to believe that broadly distributed gut punch will echo at the ballot box next year. And, if it does, the extra expense will have been worth it.
