The most important release of the year was written in 1930! This space opera was serialized in black newspapers back in the day what makes this book important are the very educational and inspiring essays that come with it. Anyone interested in the history of SF or Afrofuturism MUST have this!

Rewatched one of my all time favorite movies, the first time watching as a serious Dickian. Many PKD themes: Memory and reality manipulation, personal cosmos, unraveling personhood. I like the Matrix, but this was one year earlier and better.
