I was a vegetarian for 10 years and I was SO HEALTHY. I was much more intentional about what I was eating, mostly because I had to cook most of my meals and plan ahead. It’s sooo easy to stop and get McDonald’s on the way home, get chick fil a on your lunch break. I might have to switch back

I love that my body loves whole foods, complete proteins, water, and vegetables. I’m honestly shocked when people are like they don’t drink water, they eat out everyday. Like you aren’t sick? Dehydrated? Your body doesn’t just say “enough”?
