i feel you, i had to use a side of pork ribs (14$) and mash for a side. the burnt corners is a must. to much $$ for the turkey.

As previously mentioned, smoked a brisket. Made some burnt ends but with a Japanese BBQ sauce base. No complaints. First foil container has pieces from the point and the other has some pieces from the flat (not really burnt ends but they're still tasty). 1/4
