Average is 4-6. But who's going to stick that on a dating profile?

A "worm of a man" would be in the 1-3 range. Anything over an 8 is an unreasonable goal for the majority (who are below 6).

Cattle prices are at an inflation corrected 50 year high.

Also, this isn't going to hurt domestic cow-calf ranch operations as demand is so high right now that cattle prices are hitting bonkers levels. They are up $1500 a steer since this time last year (22% give or take).

Feedlots are getting slammed. Consumers are as well.

A lot of folks freaking out about catching Foot & Mouth from a burger. You can't. Foot & Mouth is not a food borne illness. It is touch and soil transmission.

The risk is only in bringing live animals from Argentina. Which they aren't doing.

No, they aren't.

The domestic cattle herd in the USA is at a 70 year low due to drought. Cattle prices are at all time highs. Demand for beef is at the highest it has been since the end of WW2.

So ranchers are fine. Feedlots are getting slammed though.

This is driven by demand side pressure.

Foot & Mouth is not a food borne disease. The risk is to domestic livestock when importing live animals or breeding stock.
