Watching a brilliant documentary on the ZX Spectrum. I was a little too young to know what they were, so I was never one of those kids who desperately wanted one, but I remember one Christmas coming down and thinking it was amazing. Spent hours playing Pippo and typing in programs from the manual.

I’ve just done the F1 class with Emma Lovewell . She was on one of the new bikes, and I couldn’t help noticing how much the screen wobbled. Not sure if it was just my perception, but it really put me off buying one. I’m on one of the OG Bike+ and I’m glad I am after seeing that #Peloton

It ‘risks’ falling into the latter camp. It was full of personal attacks, silly voices and mockery. One of the nastiest speeches I’ve seen in Parliament and, from someone so inept and shameless, it added nothing, lowered the tone and embarrassed her frankly. It was difficult to watch.
Political speeches, particularly in parliament, can sometimes run a difficult line between scathing and just a bit nasty, and it strikes me that Kemi Badenoch's budget response risks falling into the latter camp.
