Tonight’s dinner: Crispy chuck roast with green peppercorn sauce, garlicky mashed potatoes, and glazed carrots. Cubed up and seared the roast, braised it in Oktoberfest for 2 hours at 325°F, then broiled it to crisp up the edges. Turned out fantastic. 🍽️🍜
