This tunnel connects the main city to the slums. You go back and forth through it quite a bit throughout the story.
It had a subway line, but now I added powerlines throughout it.

Neon express is technically finished I just had a baby and whoops I haven't opened Godot in 9 months.
In response to the release of sliksong I have decided to do absolutely nothing. Neon Express will release when I feel like it. Probably should do that sometime.
