Looking at Ms 4, I can see just how innocent she is… she doesn’t know about war or violence or poverty or that Artax drowned in the swamp of sadness.

Strong disagree. If I had a billion dollars you’d look at what I’d be up to and you would maybe even give me a second bil.
NOBODY needs a billion dollars, let alone dozens or hundreds of billions.

Frank Darabont is the credited director for the 3rd episode of the final season of Stranger Things. It is his first screen credit since 2013's Mob City. I'm not a huge Darabont fan by any means, but that seems like far too long for someone of his stature to be off the board.

I feel like not enough people are talking about the terrible microphone technique on display throughout Nobody Wants This.

50 years ago tonight—Oct. 25, 1975—America mourned the passing of Chuckles the Clown.

May he rest in peace.

In days of yore, I bought one of the most useful tools I have ever spent money on - a transcription pedal. I'd plug it into my computer USB and could use it to pause, jump back 3 seconds, jump forward, etc.

I wonder how many cents I could sell it for on Facebook Marketplace in 2025.

'COVID in America', the 2nd season return of English Teacher was a goddamn inspired delight. A true celebration of horrible teenage art. www.youtube.com/watch?v=aNM9...

reminder: Jimmy Kimmel is enough of a mensch that he devised a segment on which actors who are just short of having enough work to qualify for union healthcare come on his show and deliver a single line of dialogue

Earlier in the week Brian Kilmeade is calling for homeless people to be murdered. But sure, let’s pull Kimmel off the air for… what did he even say?

Well, this is some nonsense. I don’t always jive with Alan’s taste, but I always enjoy reading him. Dark days for any screen critic.
Rolling Stone fired Alan Sepinwall, Status’ Oliver Darcy reports. That’s probably the end of my subscription.

I remember sitting on the couch over Christmas smashing through (screener) episodes of The Pitt and losing myself to the show completely. Fantastic TV which reminded me why I grew up loving the medium. I am stoked to see the show rewarded with the Emmy for outstanding drama.

#Andor was incredible television. In a just world, it would be sweeping every #Emmys category. But, there was no way that a Star Wars show was ever going to get that sort of recognition. That said, if it was going to win any category, I'm happy Dan Gilroy got it for writing.

Incredible to see an #Emmys win for Katherine LaNasa. Like Shawn Hatosy, it is great to see mid-career journeyman actors getting their time in the spotlight.

As much as I feel for Pappas, who deserved a better partner who wouldn’t get compromised, I feel more sorry for the security guard at the bank who pleaded with the off-duty hero cop to just stay down.

The season return of Peacemaker is pretty wild. You would assume that off the back of the family friendly Superman film, Peacemaker would play it a bit safer. But no, I just pressed play and have seen our hero snorting coke and a whole bunch of dicks on my TV.
