Me and my sister went for our flu jabs the other week and had COVID booked for a week later. At the appointment we were both told we were no longer eligible for the COVID jab. My sister works for NHS and I am both immunocompromised and have a congenital heart defect.

Late last week the Kickstarter models from @rossydoesdrawings.bsky.social arrived, so last night and today I just had to paint Grumple and Blombor! They are ace, very fun to paint and bigger than I expected! #miniaturepainting #nerdlings #goblins #warhammercommunity #wargaming

Think my biggest regret this year is not seeing Gama Bomb in Preston, saw them in Huddersfield a few years ago and it was ace! Hellripper as support was good too. Couldn't get the night off sadly

First time in a long time I am motivated to play a video game. Currently Kena: Bridge of Spirits, a solid Zelda-like and an actual Zelda: Link Between Worlds. Already played it but I think it's one of my favourites in the series

I keep saying the same thing as my energy drops off quick while batch painting (had a dwarf Blood Bowl team nearly done for 3 days and already distracted) and yet I still do 10-15 models at a time

I didn't like Iowa as much, yeah it's heavier and angrier but it felt cleaner. Yeah they were falling apart and at some points the album felt like it was going off the rails but didn't have that same grubby vibe

Been listening to albums I haven't heard in years, today was the S/T by Slipknot. Say what you will of their new stuff (Solway Firth is the one track in the last 15+ years I liked) but the S/T is still great. Always loved the grimy sewer vibes it gave off. They always did do creepy really well
