Here is the Washington Post article.
I cannot believe its journalists have not pointed out that Zelenskyy would get lynched if he agreed to such a proposal and it's another obvious attempt to prolong the war. The Kremlin sure it's good enough to fool Witlesskof & Agent Orange.

Two major hits by Ukraine this morning, way, way back, deep into Russia.

Those with me a few minutes ago will already know some of the details but we have a few more sights to show you, starting in Orenburg.

Here, locals say a gas plant has been hit by drones.

This morning, Ukraine hit Russia’s Novokuybyshevsk refinery in Samara, one of Rosneft’s key plants, processing 8.8M tons of crude annually, about 3% of Russia’s total refining capacity. Located ~1000km from Ukraine’s border, the site has been targeted before in previous strikes.

By the way, the reason there was some confusion earlier about whether it was a drone or aerial bomb which hit Lozova has been cleared up.

It was a modified glide bomb, which probably flew 130km before striking - a worrying development.

It's now known 6 people were injured in Lozova.
The town in Kharkiv was hit by an aerial bomb, right on a private house. It was destroyed + another 11 dwellings were damaged

The victims range from 47 to 80 years of age, with three pensioners in hospital
