We’re raising the alarm over disturbing interrogation tactics used in City of Toronto workplace investigations. Workers have reported being subjected to hours-long interrogations where investigators yelled, tossed papers, and repeatedly questioned in a guilt-presumptive manner.
City workers subjected to ‘police-style interrogations’ by ex-cops, CUPE79 alleges
The city denies allegations that internal investigators raised their voices, tossed papers and aggressively badgered employees during workplace investigations
