Chicken "carnitas" with cowboy caviar.

Tried tteokbokki & I love the chewy firm texture but man I always forget cheese flavor is very different in Korean and Japanese food. There's a sweetness that isn't bad but definitely makes my brain go "cheese? Cheese-ish?«

But I like tteokbokki. Gotta get it plain & make my own sauce. 😁
