Canada is part of a global effort to eliminate #HepatitisC by 2030. Unfortunately, the #COVID19 pandemic seriously set back those efforts.

Dr. Naveed Janjua and team compared hep C testing rates post 2020 with predictions based on pre-pandemic trends, and found they were much lower than expected.

19 new or renewed Canada Research Chairs have been awarded to McGill, including CTN+ National Director, Dr. Marina Klein. Her research is aimed at developing and implementing  interventions to improve health outcomes for people living with  STBBIs.
